Adam (he/they) is a queer, white, settler, living and working on Treaty 1 territory. Adam earned a Bachelor of Nursing from Red River College and has worked as a Registered Nurse for the past 6 years in an urban Emergency Department. They are currently pursuing a Master of Nursing degree at the University of Manitoba with a research focus on the health and wellness of people who identify as 2SLGBTQQIA+ in Canada.

Outside of academia and work, Adam is passionate about the arts, volunteering with local arts organizations, and is a photographer.
